About the Mumey Law Firm

The Mumey Law Firm has represented firefighters for years at the courthouse, in arbitration, before federal, state and local agencies, and at the Texas Legislature. The firm has served as general counsel for the Houston Professional Firefighters Association, Local 341 for many years. The Mumey Law firm also serves as Fund Counsel for the San Antonio Police Officers and Firefighters Benefit Fund. 

Besides its focus on Labor and Employment law, our firm handles issues including divorce, prenuptial agreements, property disputes (specifically pension valuation),  and business formation, as well as helping families who have lost a loved one, assisting them through the probate process.
