Attorney Rick Mumey, with Houston firefighter Randal Ricks, at a press conference to announce Ricks’ reinstatement to the Houston Fire Department after being wrongly discharged. This case involved three firefighters fired by the City of Houston without any evidence they did anything wrong. After a two day arbitration hearing, all three firefighters were reinstated and made whole with seniority and back pay. Rick Mumey led the defense of these fire fighters and was glad to see justice served in their case.
